All information, materials, and data shared between CoreFlow and the client are treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services. Intellectual property created during the engagement remains the property of the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. CoreFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in accordance with contractual obligations, including cases of breach or non-payment.
